Activated carbon fiber felt (ACF) is a porous form of carbon that can be made from various carbonaceous materials. Our raw materials are made of carbon fiber, which is activated by airflow to form a high surface area structure with a specific surface area of 950-1500M ²/g, depending on the grade. Due to its excellent adsorption properties, ACF is commonly used in recycling, purification, and filtration applications. Material regeneration through heating or other methods is excellent because after multiple regeneration cycles, the adsorption capacity is roughly the same.
Activated carbon fiber felt is a high-performance adsorbent material that can be used for adsorption treatment of pollutants at trace levels or high concentrations, achieving satisfactory results. Due to its many excellent characteristics and the ability to be processed into multiple forms, activated carbon fiber felt has been widely used as a multifunctional adsorbent material in chemical separation fields such as organic and inorganic wastewater treatment, air purification, drinking water purification, solvent recovery, and medicine in recent years.
The currently produced activated carbon fiber felt is mainly used as a supporting adsorbent material for solvent recovery devices. Activated carbon fiber felt has good adsorption properties for various organic solvents.
In addition, ACF is heat-resistant, acid resistant, and alkali resistant.
