PMI foam core can withstand demanding composite curing conditions. Depending on foam density and grade, typical curing capabilities include:

Lower-density grades correspond to lower allowable curing pressure. The closed-cell structure ensures stable performance and dimensional consistency during high-temperature and high-pressure curing.
