Application scope of carbon fiber reinforcement in concrete
Carbon cloth reinforcement is only applicable to the reinforcement of reinforced concrete components under bending, tension, axial compression, and large eccentric compression, such as the reinforcement of building beams, slabs, columns, walls, etc.
Not recommended for reinforcement of small eccentric compression components. This is because fiber-reinforced composite materials are only suitable for bearing tensile stress, and the longitudinal tensile steel bars of small eccentric compression members cannot reach the yield strength. Using adhesive fiber-reinforced composite materials will cause great material waste.

A. The on-site measured concrete strength grade of the reinforced concrete component shall not be lower than C15, and the positive tensile bonding strength of the concrete surface shall not be lower than 1 5MPa.

C.The Code for Design of Concrete Structure Reinforcement GB50367-2013 specifies that the long-term use temperature of carbon cloth reinforcement should not exceed 60 ℃. But it should be pointed out that this is determined based on the performance of ordinary adhesives under normal temperature conditions. When using high-temperature resistant adhesives, this limitation is not applicable, but it should be subject to the current national standard "Code for Design of Concrete" GB 50010, which limits the ability of concrete structures to withstand productive high temperatures.
D.When using fiber composite materials to reinforce reinforced concrete structures, measures should be taken to remove or partially remove the live load acting on the structure.
