Construction preparation
Draw up a construction plan and construction plan, and prepare for the carbon fiber sheets, supporting resins, machinery and tools used before construction.
Concrete surface treatment
Remove the deteriorated concrete such as peeling, looseness, honeycomb, corrosion, etc. on the surface of the reinforced component, expose the concrete structure layer, and repair the surface with repair materials. Fill or seal the cracks according to the design requirements.
Prepare and apply the bottom resin
Prepare the bottom resin according to the process regulations provided by the supplier, and evenly apply the bottom resin to the concrete surface. After the resin surface is dry to the touch, proceed to the next step of construction immediately. Prepare leveling materials and repair uneven areas. Use leveling materials to fill the concave parts of the concrete surface and use leveling materials to repair the corners into smooth arcs.
Paste carbon cloth/aramid cloth
① Cut the carbon cloth/aramid cloth according to the design requirements; ② Prepare impregnation resin and apply it evenly to the components to be pasted; ③ Roll along the fiber direction for multiple times to squeeze out bubbles so that the impregnation resin fully penetrates the carbon cloth/aramid cloth; ④ Apply impregnation resin evenly on the surface of the carbon cloth/aramid cloth.
