Products Description
Peel ply fabric is an economical high-strength fiber demoulding fabric widely used in hand lay up and resin flow guiding processes. It has been washed and heat set, and impurities have been removed during the textile process. The product does not have a release agent coating on its surface, so it will not contaminate the composite components during use, and there is no need to clean the product surface before painting or gluing operations. For easy identification in cured laminated products, there is a red tracing weave every 30mm in the longitudinal direction.



Peel ply fabric is suitable for vacuum infusion and vacuum bag forming of unsaturated polyester, vinyl ester, epoxy and other resins. Widely used in manufacturing industries such as aerospace, wind turbine blades, shipbuilding, racing, automobiles, sports equipment, and entertainment products.

Peel Ply Fabric is finely woven from high-strength nylon, polyester fibers, or other durable materials, with excellent tensile and tear resistance. Its typical weaving density ranges from 100 g/m ² to 140 g/m ², ensuring a uniform surface texture during the curing process while not easily deforming or damaging.
2.Excellent high temperature resistance and chemical stability
During the curing process of composite materials, Peel Ply Fabric is typically exposed to high temperature environments. The peeling cloth can operate stably for a long time at temperatures up to 260 ° C without melting, brittleness, or degradation.
