Pulling and Forming
Also known as pultrusion molding. This is a continuous molding method in which carbon fibers impregnated with liquid resin are introduced and passed through a mold, and then heated and cured. Suitable for molded products with certain cross-sectional shapes such as rods and tubes.

Filament Winding Process
This is a molding method in which carbon fiber bundles impregnated with liquid resin are wrapped around a mandrel and then heated and cured. There are two methods, one is to immerse carbon fibers in a resin bath while winding, and the other is to wind the fiber bundle material pre impregnated in resin. Suitable for tubular and can shaped molded products.

Rtm (resin Transfer Molding) Molding
This is a method of configuring carbon fiber preforms (products, fabrics, etc.) in a pair of sealed female/male molds, pressing, impregnating, and heating to solidify liquid resin. The method of curing under vacuum pressure using only a negative mold is called VaRTM molding (vacuum assisted RTM). RTM is suitable for small and medium-sized products, while VaRTM is suitable for large and medium-sized molded products.

Stamping Forming
This is a method of laminating thin sheets of impregnated resin such as prepreg or SMC on a mold, applying pressure while heating and curing. Mitsubishi Chemical has established a PCM (pre impregnated compression molding) molding method based on high cycle and pre molding technology, which can also be mixed with SMC materials for molding. A molding method suitable for a large number of raw products

Hot Press Can (ac) Molding
Simply put, a hot press can is a pressure cooker. Stack the prepreg on the molding mold, cover it with an expansion film (used to create a vacuum state film) for decompression, and apply pressure to heat and cure it in a hot press tank. This molding method is suitable for manufacturing high-quality and high-performance products, but due to the long molding cycle, the cost is relatively high.

Oven Molding
Similar to hot press molding, prepreg is stacked on top of the molding die, covered with an expansion film for pressure reduction, but heated and cured under vacuum pressure. Although slightly inferior in performance to hot press molding, it has low operating costs and is a molding method that can be used for larger molded products.

Roll Forming
This is the molding method of removing the core by winding pre impregnated material on the core shaft (iron core) and heating and curing it. Suitable for the manufacturing of tubular and roller shaped small and medium-sized products. Mitsubishi Chemical Corporation's golf clubs and rollers are mainly produced using the winding method.

Injection Molding
Also known as injection molding, it is a molding method that heats and melts thermoplastic resin raw materials (pellets) such as carbon fiber reinforced nylon and polycarbonate, and injects them into the mold cavity (gap). The mechanical properties may decrease, but this is a molding method suitable for short cycles and complex shapes.
